El Mejicano Restaurant and the Cantu family are proud of our many contributions to our local communities over the past thirty years. Some of our favorite philanthropic pursuits are sponsoring Early Head Start by providing clothing, coats, school supplies, and Christmas gifts. Another is the Boys & Girls Club because we know how important it is to take care of our local youth; and their saying of “It Just Takes One” really is true. Relay for Life is a great cause, and we are more than happy to help. Now that our corporate office is located in downtown Wichita Falls, we see, more than ever before, the need to give to the Faith Mission. The ever growing population of homeless individuals has put quite a strain on Faith Mission, but we vow to donate supplies as long as we can.

Because our local Fire Department has our back, we take care of them the best way we know how.  We feed them!  WFFD answers the call to protect Wichita Falls during wild fires, floods, and Texas’ notorious unpredictable, severe weather, and we make sure we keep their energy and spirits up by feeding them good, wholesome food and hydrating them with plenty of drinks!

We are proud to give back to our community but we know we can only afford to do this because of all our great customers in Wichita Falls and surrounding communities. An extra special “Thank You” goes out to Sheppard Air Force Base, who has supported us since the day we opened for business and we are so grateful to all of you for defending our country.
